IBM Expands Watson Platform for Next Generation of Builders

IBM expands cognitive APIs in the Watson Developer Cloud (WDC) for developers who are creating products, services and applications embedded with Watson. These APIs focus on increased capabilities in language, including an NLP classifier, dialog, concept expansion, and document conversion; speech; vision; and data insights.
